As a Change Lead of our eCIR Program (eHealth Critical Infrastructure Refresh), you will be responsible for leading enterprise wide change, influencing senior stakeholders and helping transform the way thousands of people work through the responsible use of AI and modern workplace technologies.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot across NSW Health, driving change and helping teams embrace new ways of working.
  • Partner with executives, business leaders and frontline teams to identify opportunities, remove barriers and maximise adoption outcomes.
  • Design and deliver engaging communications, training and enablement programmes that inspire confidence and build capability.
  • Build and grow a thriving network of Copilot Champions to accelerate adoption and share success stories across the organisation.
  • Use data and insights to measure success, track adoption trends and demonstrate business value and benefits realisation.
  • Collaborate across project, security and technology teams to provide governance, executive reporting, hyper care support and continuous improvement.
About You

To be successful in this role you'll need:

  • Proven experience leading enterprise scale organisational change and technology adoption programmes, ideally within Microsoft 365 or digital workplace environments.
  • Strong ability to develop and execute adoption, change, communication, engagement and training strategies that drive user uptake and business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success building and sustaining champion, ambassador or community of practice networks.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage executive, clinical, operational and technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical capability, including adoption measurement, benefits realisation, reporting and the use of insights to inform interventions.
  • Desirable experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI governance, learning and capability programmes, change methodologies (e.g. Prosci ADKAR), and working within large, federated healthcare or government environments.
