The Opportunity
StaffRight Associates is sourcing for a leading research and development innovator to identify an ambitious Assistant Program Manager Sensing & Communications. What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end program lifecycle coordination, managing baseline scopes, delivery schedules, financial budgets, project deliverables, and potential risk factors.
Construct, maintain, and evaluate comprehensive tracking systems to monitor internal resources, milestones, and financial allocations.
Oversee deliverable pipelines to ensure all contractual commitments and government standards are fulfilled on schedule.
Optimize operational infrastructure, updating documentation frameworks, administrative mechanisms, and process guidelines.
Drive proposal generation efforts by contributing to technical approach strategies, resource planning, and cost estimation models.
Champion preparation efforts for executive briefings, client events, and key engineering milestones.
Synthesize and distribute detailed meeting minutes, action items, and technical records across cross-functional teams to ensure rapid resolution.
Streamline cross-departmental communications, aligning integration reports, tracking logs, and technical archives across multiple project disciplines.

Professional Foundation:
Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
2 to 5 years of professional experience supporting program execution in a technical or R&D focused setting.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing shifting priorities and technical deliverables.
Compensation & Total Rewards
Annual base salary range: $135,000 – $160,000.
