SAP Project Manager Warehouse & Supply Chain Technology

location: Onsite role in Massachusetts.
Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead enterprise technology initiatives supporting warehouse and supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for driving project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of integrated operational technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end execution of warehouse and supply chain technology projects.
  • Coordinate business, infrastructure, application, and vendor teams across multiple workstreams.
  • Manage project schedules, risks, budgets, dependencies, and status reporting.
  • Partner with operations and IT stakeholders to support operational readiness and technology enablement.
  • Oversee integration activities between ERP platforms and warehouse execution technologies.
  • Support infrastructure, network, and systems readiness for operational facilities.
  • Lead functional and technical analysts throughout project delivery lifecycle.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, governance reviews, and executive communication.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience managing IT projects in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and fulfillment processes.
  • Experience working with SAP environments, including exposure to SAP EWM or similar warehouse management platforms.
  • Familiarity with warehouse automation technologies such as:
    • Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs)
    • Conveyor systems
    • Automated storage and retrieval solutions
    • Material handling systems
  • Experience integrating ERP systems with WMS/WES/WCS platforms.
  • Understanding of infrastructure and network enablement for operational or industrial environments.
  • Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams consisting of business, functional, technical, and infrastructure resources.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting warehouse transformation or supply chain modernization initiatives.
  • Exposure to manufacturing or industrial operations environments.
  • Experience working with third-party automation and systems integration vendors.
