Location: Full Remote

CONSULTING FIRM BACKGROUND IS NEEDED - NO DEVELOPERS NEED TECHNICAL CONSULTANTS

Projects they will be working on/ Day-to-day responsibilities:

Top/Must have skills:

8-10 years of ServiceNow implementation experience, or similar Enterprise SaaS/competitor solutions

5+ years of practitioner experience (e.g., Infrastructure Operations, Internal Controls/Audit, Security Operations, Asset Manager)

An Active CTA (Certified Technical Architect) cert or may consider candidates with all the qualifying certs to get a CTA which are:

o ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

o ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

o At least two ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in mainline modules (such as HRSD, GRC, Discovery, Event Management, ITSM, CSM - not an all inclusive list.)

Projects they will be working on/ Day-to-day responsibilities:

Lead solution design workshops with clients

Translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow architectures

Define integration strategies with enterprise systems

Enforce platform governance and best practices

Review and approve technical designs from delivery teams

Oversee technical delivery and sprint reviews

Present trade-offs and architecture decisions to executives

Mentor developers, admins, and consultants

Build reusable frameworks and accelerators
