Milana Project Manager

Job Description:

This PM will lead the transition from CompuLaw to Milana, a cloud-based legal technology platform used by attorneys and docketing teams to manage court dates, filings, and critical deadlines. The role will oversee the implementation, system integration, stakeholder coordination, and decommissioning of the existing system.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing IT projects of varying size and complexity
• Legal industry or law firm experience strongly preferred
• Experience with software implementations or system migrations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to quickly adapt, take ownership, and manage an active project
• Experience coordinating with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Familiarity with integrations such as Outlook and document management systems is a plus
