Location: Cheltenham Pay: £12.81 per hour (£13.41 per hour after 18:00) Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 16:00 – 0000 (Depend on workload) Temp to Perm Opportunity Are you looking for an afternoon shift that fits around family commitments, childcare, studying, or other daytime responsibilities?We're currently recruiting Garment Finishing Operatives to join a friendly and supportive team in Cheltenham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, has a good eye for detail, and is looking for a long-term role with permanent opportunities available.Working within a clean and organised production environment, you'll be responsible for ensuring garments and linen are presented to the highest standards before being sent to customers.

Hand-finishing and pressing garments and linen Quality checking items before dispatch Counting items accurately and recording quantities Preparing finished orders for customers Checking order details and labels Maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Keeping your work area clean and organised Following health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

Excellent attention to detail A reliable and positive attitude Ability to work accurately and consistently Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Good numeracy skills Previous experience in garment finishing, production, retail, hospitality, laundry services, housekeeping, sewing, quality control, or warehouse environments is beneficial but not essential Willingness to learn and complete the training programme This role would suit someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in producing high-quality finished products, and is looking for a secure position within a growing business.
