The Role • Lead and manage a team of Membership Advisors, ensuring they execute sales strategies effectively. • Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and training of new team members. • Develop and implement effective scheduling to ensure optimal team coverage and productivity. • Coach and mentor staff to enhance their sales and customer service skills. • Drive financial performance by ensuring the team meets and exceeds membership sales goals and KPIs. • Ensure high standards of quality control in member engagement, sales presentations, and club tours.
