The Role • Execute monthly payroll processing accurately and on time, adhering to all legal, collective agreement, and company regulations. • Prepare employment contracts, references, and manage employee records and archives. • Advise employees and management on payroll-related matters, including labor, income tax, and social security law. • Act as the primary contact for health insurance providers, social security institutions, and authorities, managing certifications and reporting. • Prepare and reconcile payroll data for accounting purposes, including journal entries and provisions. • Monitor and implement changes in payroll regulations and legal requirements. • Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for optimization. What You'll Need • Completed commercial apprenticeship and several years of experience in payroll or HR administration. • Solid understanding of current labor, income tax, and social security law. • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel. • Experience with HR management and payroll systems (ideally SAP HCM or P&I Loga). • High commitment, strong service orientation, initiative, and independent work style. • Excellent teamwork, reliability, and resilience. • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. • Interest in digital HR transformation.
