The Role • Replace and repair vehicle glass, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Assume the additional role of Operations Manager (HWK), overseeing technical operations and ensuring adherence to company standards and daily planning. • Provide excellent customer service from order acceptance to vehicle handover. • Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the scheduling and creation of incoming orders. • Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit compliance. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of experience as a master mechanic, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist. • Willingness to undertake the expert knowledge test or already hold Operations Manager (HWK) certification. • A strong alignment with our company values, embracing diversity and inclusion. • Possess a valid driver's license (Class B), good German language skills, and PC proficiency. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, fostering trust and collaboration.
