Project: NYS DFS Dynamics Migration

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with DevOps CI tools, version control systems, and third-party applications.
• Develop ETL scripts for data migration and integration.
• Provide user training, technical support, and maintain system documentation.
• Troubleshoot and optimize Microsoft Dynamics environments.
• Implement security solutions, including LDAP/SAML-based SSO and Identity Provider (IDP) integration.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM development experience.
• Experience administering and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Cloud Portals.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
• Experience with Dynamics user/access management.
• Experience creating technical documentation from business requirements.
