We have a great story to tell:
We have built a strong reputation through quality products, excellent customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
As the business continues to grow, we're investing in our systems, processes and capabilities to ensure we're well positioned for the future. Technology plays a critical role in that journey, not as an IT function, but as a business enabler
This is an opportunity to become a key contributor to that growth, helping shape how the business operates through better use of systems, data and technology

THE OPPORTUNITY : Business Systems & Transformation Lead - ERP, Business Systems, Continuous Improvement

Many people would describe this as an ERP role. They're wrong.

Yes, the ERP sits at the centre of the role, but this is really about business transformation, process improvement and driving operational excellence.

You'll spend your time working with stakeholders across the business, understanding how processes currently work, identifying inefficiencies and implementing practical improvements that deliver measurable results. One day you could be mapping a business process within Operations, the next you could be reviewing reporting requirements with Finance, working on a systems integration project with an external partner or identifying opportunities to automate repetitive tasks.

This role is for somebody who enjoys solving problems, challenging the status quo and helping businesses work smarter.
