Manager, Employee Benefits and Wellbeing | Boston, MA, United States | Hybrid | $100,334.00 - $180,601.00 This employer is seeking a strategic and creative leader to oversee the design, development, and administration of comprehensive employee benefits and wellbeing programs. The role is integral to attracting and retaining talent while fostering an inclusive and equitable environment aligned with organizational objectives. The Role • Develop and execute competitive strategies for employee benefits, wellbeing programs, retirement plans, and PTO. • Manage the design of group health, life, disability, and other ancillary benefit programs. • Partner with Occupational Health on leave of absence policy creation and administration. • Propose, design, and implement industry best practices for benefits and wellbeing programs. • Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and development opportunities for the Benefits and Wellbeing team. • Conduct program analysis to inform future strategic direction and ensure organizational alignment. What You'll Need • 8-10 years of relevant experience, with a Bachelor’s Degree. • 5+ years of leadership experience. • Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and wellbeing program design, management, and compliance (ERISA, FMLA, HIPAA, ACA, etc.). • Proven history of influencing senior leadership and building high-performing teams. • Experience with large-scale project implementation and change management. • Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills with attention to detail.
