Job Description

Senior Enterprise Applications Engineer | Morrow, GA, United States | Hybrid | $92,300.00 - $153,900.00 An industry-leading automotive company is seeking a Senior Enterprise Applications Engineer to join their Enterprise Finance Technology team. This role is critical in designing, building, and optimizing data architecture and pipelines that support strategic financial decision-making across the organization. The company is looking for a candidate who can combine deep data engineering expertise with strong business intelligence capabilities to ensure data is accessible, trusted, and actionable. • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows using Snowflake, AWS, dbt, and/or Informatica, integrating enterprise financial applications with data warehouses and BI platforms. • Ensure data integrity by implementing automated quality checks, validation frameworks, and anomaly monitoring, working with data providers to customize data feeds and mappings. • Independently plan, manage, and deliver small to medium-sized projects end-to-end, while also contributing technical components to larger cross-functional programs. • Support dashboard and reporting development using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to deliver KPI insights, and lead enhancements that improve financial processes. • Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate development, data validation, and analysis workflows. • Partner with finance and analytics teams to understand challenges, design viable data solutions, and recommend improvements to processes and technology. • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 4+ years of experience in data engineering or architecture, or equivalent experience. • 4+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, business intelligence, and/or enterprise analytics across multiple functional areas. • Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with data integration tools (e.g., ms sql developer, dbt, informatica). • Strong working experience with data modeling, data access, schemas, and data storage techniques within Snowflake. • Working experience in design, development, and implementation of scalable data pipelines in cloud environments (AWS, Snowflake). • Experience working with AI related tools such as GitHub Copilot, Snowflake Cortex, or M365 Copilot. • Competitive base salary in the range of $92,300.00 - $153,900.00, with potential for additional compensation. • Flexible paid time off policy, allowing employees to take as much vacation as consistent with their duties and company needs. • Comprehensive paid holiday and wellness leave, including bereavement, jury duty, volunteer, military, and parental leave. • Opportunity to mentor junior team members and stay current on emerging technologies.
