In this role, you will: • Conduct development services, as well as associated tasks, necessary to adequately design and deploy vulnerabilities and exploits • Accompany Government staff to meetings with external partners offering vulnerabilities and exploits to provide initial technical assessment of these items • Attend joint development meetings and workshops with cooperating intelligence services and corporate entities • Design and execute reliability, security, and other testing and assessment of vulnerabilities and exploits against embedded targets ***This position is contingent on program funding, expected in late summer 2026*** Basic Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in vulnerability research, reverse engineering, or related computer security field experience, demonstrated programming proficiency in security-oriented areas, in-depth knowledge of embedded, mobile and desktop operating systems, and prior experience leading development teams in a computer security-oriented environment (Google Android, Embedded Linux and variant Operating systems) • Bachelor's Degree in one of the following areas: Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer and Information Security, Computer Security, Computer Forensics, Information Systems, or other closely related degree. • Top Secret Clearance with an investigation within the last five years required to start this position Desired Skills: • Demonstrated experience with memory management and threading • Demonstrated in-depth experience in tool development and kernel architecture in operating systems such as: Windows, Linux, MacOS, iOS and Android • Software development experience including design, implementation, testing, analysis and debugging supporting CNO/CNE. • Demonstrated experience performing Software Configuration Management • Demonstrated experience writing unit test when developing new software and fixing bugs #LMSpaceSoftwareEng #SpaceCYBPrograms #LMSpaceCyberEng Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
