PowerBI Consultant

I am recruiting for a PowerBI Consultant to work 4 days on site in London, 1 day remote.

The role falls inside IR35 so you will need to work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract.

You must be able to design, develop and support enterprise-scale Power BI semantic models, dashboards and reporting solutions for Risk Reporting, with particular focus on semantic model architecture, automated refresh processes, partitioning, governance and performance optimisation.

You will have expert Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service experience and have extensive experience developing enterprise semantic models.

You must have advanced DAX, semantic modelling and performance tuning skills.

It is essential you have a strong understanding of VertiPaq, composite models, aggregations and query optimisation.

Hands-on experience implementing Incremental Refresh and dataset partitioning is also required.

Experience using XMLA endpoints, Tabular Editor and DAX Studio and also strong SQL expertise and dimensional modelling knowledge is also essential.
