The Role • Coordinate recruitment activities, including managing job postings, candidate communication, and interview scheduling. • Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a seamless transition for new hires. • Support a summer intern program, from planning and onboarding to engagement and evaluation. • Assist in developing the talent pipeline through intern recruiting, career fairs, and outreach. • Maintain HR systems and compliance, including HRIS updates and employee file management. • Enhance HR communication and employer branding efforts. • Provide administrative and project support for key HR initiatives. What You'll Need • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. • 1-2 years of HR experience or a relevant internship. • Familiarity with HRIS systems; experience with UKG is a plus. • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
