Location: Warren, Michigan (Onsite)

Role Overview

This role is part of a team entrusted with protecting the customer's connected vehicle experience. The position focuses on ensuring exceptional performance and experiences when using vehicle-connected services. In a fast-paced and growing AI environment, this role fosters innovation, leverages data analytics, and values attention to detail and proactive problem-solving to continuously improve services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform metric review and impact analysis.
  • Utilize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) methods to derive insights.
  • Conduct extensive data analytics on big data and cloud platforms using big data methodologies.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards.
  • Handle bug and incident creation and tracking.
  • Provide technical triage support.
  • Conduct ad hoc investigations.
  • Gather requirements for new features and improvements.
  • Work with application subject matter experts and product teams to support digital customer experiences.
  • Identify issues, recommend solutions, and escalate when appropriate.
Required Qualifications

Top Skills:
  • Curiosity and a desire to understand the activity behind data sets.
  • Aptitude for complex problems and the ability to recognize patterns.
  • Ability to identify a problem, assess its impact, and advise stakeholders.
  • Experience with API and semi-structured data handling.
  • Familiarity with KPI design and metric definitions.
  • Exposure to AI-assisted analytics.


Technical Skills:
  • Expert SQL skills across Postgres and Oracle systems.
  • Unix shell scripting and Oracle SQL integration.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms, including Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with Databricks or Power BI.
  • Proficiency in Python.
