Description Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications. - you will be roughly 80% hands on coding in this role<br />Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.<br />Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.<br />Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability through regular reviews and testing.<br />Develop and maintain technical documentation for projects.<br />Identify and resolve technical challenges in a timely manner.<br />Stay updated on emerging Java technologies and industry best practices.<br />Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.Profile Must haves:

Java<br />Spring Boot<br />Agentic Development experience<br />Camunda BPM or similar<br />K8s<br />Fluent use of AI coding tools<br />AWS or AzureNice to haves AngularJob Offer 25 days + BHS Private medical Bonus of 5-10% Pension 5% Life insurance
