Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support for Business Central and InsightWorks.
- Support and troubleshoot warehouse and production transactions.
- Resolve issues related to ERP transactions and handheld scanners.
- Train end users on Business Central, InsightWorks, and ERP processes.
- Ensure warehouse and production transactions are completed accurately.
- Work closely with IT, Finance, Procurement, Sales, Warehousing, and Production teams.
- Identify recurring issues and provide effective solutions.
- Support the team in becoming self-sufficient with ERP transactions and troubleshooting.
- 8+ years of experience in ERP support or related functional roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Proven experience with InsightWorks.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management and production processes.
- Experience troubleshooting ERP transactions and handheld scanner issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience providing user training and functional support.
- Ability to work on-site in Arizona.
