Working closely with the Senior Asbestos Project Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time and within budget while ensuring full compliance with current asbestos legislation and health & safety requirements.

You'll manage a designated geographical region while occasionally supporting neighbouring areas when required. Key Responsibilities Manage asbestos remedial projects from inception to completion. Scope and specify programmes of work. Oversee contractors and ensure high-quality project delivery.

Monitor budgets, programmes and project performance. Ensure full compliance with asbestos regulations and health & safety legislation. Build positive relationships with internal teams, contractors and residents. Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

What We're Looking For Experience as an Asbestos Consultant, Surveyor, Analyst or Project Manager. Strong knowledge of asbestos regulations and compliance. Experience managing remedial asbestos projects. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Full UK Driving Licence.
