Software Developer with Security Clearance

FRONT END DEVELOPER LOCATION: Springfield VA, Vienna, VA St. Louis, MO, potentially other locations. ALL work will be onsite.
Clearance: MUST possess active Top Secret clearance INCATech is URGENTLY searching for a Front End Developer. In this position, you will develop visualization software to understand data where proximity and location matter. Your work will help developer communities re-imagine the capabilities of location-aware software applications that enable real-world improvements. RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop and maintain back-end services and APIs
Collaborate with front-end developers and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions
Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment speed and reliability
Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
Maintain production systems and resolve issues as required
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications Related Experience
2+ years of experience with web design and web front end development
Proven web design/development experience using HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript and JavaScript.
Experience with front-end development libraries, such as React, Angular, Vue, etc.
Background building high availability and high scalability solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills
Creative problem-solving skills and proven good judgment
Highly detail oriented with excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Mathematics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or STEM related field
Preferred
Master's in Computer Science, Mathematics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or Stem related field Esri certification CompTIA Security + certification
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools
Exposure to DevSecOps practices and secure development pipelines
Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments
