Company Van & Fuel Card, Holiday Pay, Pension, Healthcare etc About the RoleWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Fire Alarm Engineer to join a well-established building services contractor based in Wembley. This is a permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary, company van, and fuel card. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, servicing, maintenance, and fault finding of a variety of fire alarm systems across commercial and residential properties. Key Responsibilities<br />Install, service, maintain, and repair fire alarm systems.<br />Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently to minimise system downtime.<br />Commission new fire alarm installations.<br />Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive call-outs.<br />Work on a range of manufacturer systems, ensuring compliance with current industry standards.<br />Complete all relevant documentation and service reports accurately.<br />Liaise professionally with clients, site managers, and colleagues.<br />Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with BS 5839 and current health and safety regulations.<br />Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment.Requirements<br />Proven experience as a Fire Alarm Engineer.<br />Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.<br />Experience installing, servicing, and commissioning fire alarm systems.<br />Experience working with a range of fire alarm manufacturers (such as Gent, Advanced, Morley, Kentec, C-TEC, Apollo, Hochiki, Notifier, or similar).<br />Good understanding of BS 5839 and relevant fire safety standards.<br />Full UK driving licence.<br />Excellent communication and customer service skills.<br />Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.What's on Offer?<br />Salary of £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience.<br />Company van.<br />Fuel card.<br />Permanent, full-time position.<br />Opportunity to work for a reputable building services contractor.<br />Ongoing training and career development.<br />Supportive and professional working environment.If you're an experienced Fire Alarm Engineer looking to join a growing business with excellent long-term opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.
