Customer Service Advisor

We’re currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s team in Redditch on a temporary basis until January 2027 , with potential for extension.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll be responsible for handling both incoming and outgoing calls, supporting customers with their queries and ensuring they receive a professional and positive experience.

What you’ll be doing

• Handling incoming and outgoing customer calls
• Responding to customer queries professionally and efficiently
• Resolving issues and providing accurate information
• Managing multiple queries while maintaining attention to detail
• Ensuring a high level of customer service at all times
• Working in line with relevant compliance and legislation requirements

What we’re looking for

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role
• Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple queries and priorities
• Previous call centre experience would be advantageous
• Knowledge of compliance and relevant legislation would be advantageous

Working hours

Monday – Friday | 8:45am – 5:00pm

Location: Redditch

Contract: Temporary until January 2027, with potential for extension
