•  Strong Windows Server administration skills, including troubleshooting services, scheduled tasks, certificates, IIS, networking, Active Directory, LDAP, and PAM server components.
•  Strong Linux administration skills with hands-on experience troubleshooting PAM agents/utilities (e.g., PAMUtil), SSH, sudo, service startup issues, file permissions, logs, and connectivity problems.
•  Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis across PAM, operating systems, networks, and integrated applications, not just PAM configuration changes.
•  Experience using Splunk (or similar SIEM/log analytics platforms) to investigate authentication failures, onboarding issues, password rotation failures, and infrastructure incidents
•  Strong automation and scripting experience using PowerShell, Python, Bash/Shell, and REST APIs for onboarding, provisioning, reporting, and operational support.
•  Experience integrating PAM solutions with Active Directory, LDAP, databases, Windows services, Linux systems, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
•  Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices, including Jenkins, Git, API integrations, and automation pipelines.
•  Ability to analyze network and infrastructure issues involving DNS, firewalls, certificates, load balancers, authentication protocols, and server connectivity impacting PAM services.
•  Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with infrastructure, application, database, security, and platform engineering teams to troubleshoot complex production issues.
