Business Analyst (Workday Benefits Integration)

Seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support Workday Retirement Benefits integrations with retirement and benefits providers. The role focuses on analyzing and troubleshooting retirement benefit transactions, identifying root causes across Workday and external systems, and supporting production stabilization through collaboration with business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot Workday Retirement Benefits and Payroll integrations.

• Investigate retirement eligibility, enrollments, contributions, deductions, and employee lifecycle transactions.

• Perform root cause analysis using integration files, logs, reports, and Workday transactions.

• Collaborate with retirement benefits SMEs, Workday functional teams, developers, and external providers.

• Document business rules, data flows, findings, and resolution recommendations.

• Validate fixes and support post-go-live production stabilization.
