Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Administrator to join our dynamic Infrastructure Services Team, based in Ormeau. This role will work closely with the Management Team, providing financial and administrative support for operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processing subcontractor payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Reception and general office duties.
  • Accounts Payable processing including raising purchase orders and goods receipting.
  • Processing end of month requirements including but not limited to processing accruals.
  • Booking flights and accommodation.
  • Subcontractor onboarding - liaise with subcontractors and engineers in relation to contract variations.
  • Assist with the mentoring and development of other Site Administrators.
  • Uniform and office supply orders.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Previous experience in an administrative capacity within a construction or maintenance site based environment.
  • Good working knowledge of forms and contracts.
  • Proven ability to provide leadership and guidance to the team, developing and contributing to an atmosphere of cooperation and teamwork.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality outcomes.
  • Excellent IT skills, with JDE experience preferred.
