Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager<br />Location: North London<br />Salary: £75K + Package

The Role:

- Responsible for all Mechanical aspects of projects of a High End Residential project in North London.<br />-Managing, monitoring and successfully delivering Mechanical Contracts for our clients within a range of sectors including Large-Scale Residential &amp; Commercial.<br />-As a manager, you will have the responsibility of ensuring all works are carried out to a high standard ensuring all RAMS and site safety plans are project specific and adhered to,<br />-Procurement and ordering of key materials and appointments of subcontract supply chain, ensuring specifications and drawing requirements are being complied with.<br />-Have good working relationship with our clients and ensure that all works are programmed and completed in a professional controlled manner. Providing technical support to customers and team.<br />-Attending regular main contractor design, technical and progress meetings.<br />-Managing the in-house and subcontract labour resources, ensuring quality of work and compliance with all legal and statutory requirements. Ensuring all engineers are up to date with all current regulations and training.<br />-Preparing and presenting internal monthly contract reports detailing key performance indicators as well as stringent cost reporting. The Company: - 30+ years experience delivering MEP projects in Northern Ireland and London.<br />- Offices based in Northern Ireland.<br />- Currently at around 100 employees<br />- This company is currently at around £55m turnover per annum.<br />- This hire is due to the company growth. Winning more and more work. The Ideal Candidate: - Will have 5+ years experience working as a Mechanical Site Manager/Project Manager<br />- Will have previous experience working with high end residential projects up to the value of £5m (Mechanical).<br />- Will hold a Black CSCS Managers Card. SSSTS/SMSTS and HND/HNC advantageous.<br />- Will work well under pressure to meet deadlines.<br />- Will have excellent communication skills.<br />- Will be willing to work in London most days.
