The Role • Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver-assistance systems. • Take on the additional role of "Operations Manager (HWK)" overseeing technical aspects, adherence to company standards, and daily operational planning. • Advise and support customers from order intake to vehicle return with excellent service orientation. • Manage invoicing, customer funds, and process incoming orders. • Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit-relevant standards and corrective actions are maintained. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, with several years of professional experience as a car mechatronics technician, car mechanic, or bodywork specialist. • Willingness to undergo the necessary certification for operations management or already hold the "Betriebsleiter (HWK)" qualification. • A valid driver's license (Class B), good German language skills, and PC proficiency. • Strong customer and service orientation, coupled with excellent communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team, independently, and foster trust-based collaboration.
