**Job Description**

Join a hypergrowth startup building AI features for 4,000+ mission-driven customers. As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll take AI prototypes to production and own resilient, scalable systems end-to- end. You’ll design agentic LLM systems, manage embeddings/vector stores at scale, and build evaluation frameworks to keep AI grounded, safe, and cost-effective.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Design, build, and ship agentic LLM systems into production, owning full lifecycle

- Manage embeddings and vector stores at scale for performance and health

- Build robust evaluation/observability frameworks for AI safety and cost

- Collaborate with product/design to ship customer-facing features

**Qualifications**

- 5–8 years of software engineering experience with strong Python foundations

- Built and shipped production-level systems, including embeddings and vector databases

- Heavy Python, strong database/SQL fundamentals, whole-system ownership

- Experience at a startup Series A–C preferred
