Job description

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Salesforce customization, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate can translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize Salesforce using Apex, Lightning components, flows, validation rules, and security controls.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Lightning Web Components.
  • Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and external systems.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs and development plans.
  • Develop, test, debug, and deploy Salesforce solutions across environments.
  • Participate in code reviews, documentation, and release management.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely technical support.
  • Communicate solution options, risks, and progress clearly to stakeholders.
  • Follow Salesforce development standards, governance, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce customization and configuration.
  • Hands-on expertise in LWC, Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience designing and implementing system integrations.
  • Understanding of Salesforce security, data model, flows, and automation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in Agile teams.
