The Role • Perform vehicle glass replacement and repair, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Assume the role of "Operations Manager (HWK)" overseeing technical aspects, adherence to standards, and daily operations planning. • Provide exceptional customer service from order intake to vehicle handover. • Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the scheduling and processing of incoming orders. • Implement quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit-relevant standards are met. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of professional experience as a master mechanic, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or body shop technician. • Willingness to undertake the required certification or already possess it as an Operations Manager (HWK). • A valid driver's license class B, strong German language skills, and PC proficiency. • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a strong orientation towards client satisfaction. • Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and foster trusting collaborations.
