SAP Finance Architect

Skills required.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (Master's a plus).

8–12+ years of SAP experience, including 4+ years in an architect-level role focused on FI-AP / Finance.

Deep expertise in SAP FI-AP, vendor invoice management, payment processing, and hands-on S/4HANA Finance experience.

Proven experience architecting at least 2–3 full-cycle SAP AP implementations or S/4HANA conversions.

Strong understanding of AP integration points with MM (procurement), banking/treasury, and tax systems.

Experience with SAP Activate methodology; TOGAF or enterprise architecture framework knowledge a plus.

Familiarity with SAP Business Network/Ariba, Invoice Management (OpenText VIM), and payment gateway integrations preferred.

SAP certification(s) in FI/FI-AP or S/4HANA Finance strongly preferred.

Strong communication skills, able to engage both technical teams and Finance/AP leadership.
