Relevant Experience (in Yrs.)    :

Detailed Job Description:
Lead customer workshops, business process walkthroughs, and fit-gap analysis.

Configure and validate Oracle PPM Cloud modules including Project Costing, Project Management, Project Contract Billing, and Project Resource Management.

Prepare BRDs, functional design documents, process flows, and configuration documentation.

Coordinate with offshore functional, technical, integration, reporting, and testing teams.

Support CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.

Track risks, issues, change requests, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Review deliverables, integrations, and reports before customer sign-off.

Required Skills

10+ years of Oracle PPM experience with Oracle Fusion PPM Cloud implementation expertise.

Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Hands-on experience with Project Costing, Project Management, Contract Billing, and Resource Management.

Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OTBI/BI Publisher, and Finance/Procurement integrations.

Excellent communication, documentation, and onsite-offshore coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

Oracle Fusion PPM Cloud Certification.

Experience with Oracle Financials Cloud (GL, AP, AR, FA, SLA).

Knowledge of data migration and Agile delivery methodologies.
