Job Title: Ruby on Rails Developer

Introduction

We are seeking a skilled Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team. As a Tech Lead and full-stack engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development team in creating high-quality, scalable web applications. You will play a crucial role in managing multiple workstreams, providing technical guidance, architecting solutions, and mentoring engineers across Ruby on Rails, Java, and React codebases.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the development team across multiple parallel workstreams to ensure consistent quality and delivery velocity.
• Define and evolve the technical architecture across Ruby on Rails services, Java/Spring Boot backends, and React frontends.
• Make technology decisions that balance long-term scalability with near-term delivery needs.
• Own technical standards, coding conventions, and architectural patterns across the full stack.
• Coordinate and prioritize work across concurrent tracks such as new feature development, platform hardening, bug triage, and technical debt reduction.
• Proactively unblock engineers by triaging technical blockers, breaking down ambiguous work into actionable tasks, and providing clear technical direction for each stream.
