Technical Project Manager

DotKonnekt is a vertical AI execution engine helping enterprises leapfrog with AI. We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of client requirements, engineering execution, and AI-first thinking. You will own delivery across fast-moving AI product builds - translating ambiguity into clear, actionable direction for engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the bridge between client requirements and engineering execution; ensure nothing gets lost in translation.
• Drive delivery - manage timelines, track deliverables, surface blockers early, and keep teams moving without micromanaging.
• Think AI-first - identify where automation, agents, or AI tooling can eliminate manual coordination overhead.
• Write and iterate on prompts, workflows, and lightweight automations to speed up team output.
• QA outputs against requirements and flag gaps before they reach clients.

Qualifications

You have 3+ years in a TPM, product, or technical delivery role - ideally in a fast-moving startup or AI product environment.

Required Skills

• You have hands-on experience with no-code or low-code AI tools (Lovable, Replit, Bolt, Make, n8n).
• You have exposure to agentic AI workflows or multi-step prompt chains.
• You have prior experience managing AI product sprints or LLM-based feature delivery.
• You are familiar with design thinking or solutioning frameworks.
• You are comfortable working under fast-paced setup without dropping threads.
• You reach for AI tools as a natural first step, not an afterthought.
• You can write a prompt, evaluate its output, and iterate.
• You are a strong written communicator who can distill a messy stakeholder thread into three crisp action items.
• You have a bias for action and ship before perfect.
• You ask good questions, make reasonable assumptions, and document both.
