Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Infrastructure Program Manager to lead the strategic execution of our large-scale data center and infrastructure initiatives. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex engineering requirements and business objectives, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-impact projects.
The ideal candidate brings a deep technical background in infrastructure combined with mastery in program and release management. You will be the glue that holds our design, build, and operations teams together, navigating project lifecycles from initial architecture to final release.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Own the end-to-end process management for complex, large-scale infrastructure programs, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.
Technical Guidance: Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and scrum masters, to align technical builds with business goals.
Financial Oversight: Monitor and control project costs, navigating constraints and staffing requirements to maximize ROI.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key liaison for executives, providing transparent status updates and managing risks during the design, build, and testing phases.
Release Management: Manage the comprehensive release lifecycle to ensure long-term system viability and supportability.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent high-level technical experience.
Experience: * 5-7 years managing large-scale data centers or complex infrastructure.
5-7 years in Program or Product Management.
5-7 years specifically focused on Release Management.
Technical Savvy: Proven track record of working alongside design/build engineers, architects, and operations teams.
Flexibility: Willingness to provide after-hours/weekend support and participate in on-call rotations as needed. Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected Veterans
