This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled engineer with strong fault-finding abilities to work across a portfolio of social housing properties. The Role As a Fire Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, fault-finding, and repair of fire alarm systems, ensuring all systems remain fully operational and compliant.
You'll be attending both planned and reactive maintenance visits, delivering a high standard of workmanship and excellent customer service. Package Salary of up to £42,000, depending on experience.<br />Company van provided.<br />Fuel card supplied.
Key Responsibilities Service and maintain fire alarm systems.<br />Diagnose and rectify faults on a range of fire detection systems.<br />Complete accurate service reports and documentation.<br />Ensure all work complies with current fire safety standards and regulations.<br />Liaise professionally with residents, housing officers, and site representatives.<br />Work safely and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements Previous experience servicing and fault-finding on fire alarm systems.<br />Good knowledge of conventional and addressable fire alarm systems
