Senior AI Solutions Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Developer in Secaucus, NJ.

Responsibilities:
* Develop Python-based automation tools, scripts, and workflows to streamline manual processes
* Build AI-powered solutions using generative AI, NLP, and machine learning to analyze, classify, and review complex business data
* Translate business requirements into scalable workflows for data ingestion, validation, exception handling, and reporting
* Collaborate with business, compliance, legal, risk, and technical teams to deliver automation solutions
* Create prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and production-ready applications
* Design testing and validation processes to ensure accurate and reliable outputs
* Build dashboards and reports that summarize findings and performance metrics
* Document solution architecture, processes, and user guidance

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong Python development experience, including APIs, automation, and data-processing workflows
* Experience with structured and unstructured data sources (JSON, CSV, documents, spreadsheets, APIs)
* Hands-on experience with AI, machine learning, NLP, and generative AI technologies
* Experience designing automation workflows with validation, logging, and error handling
* Experience with libraries/frameworks such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, FastAPI, Flask, LangChain, and LlamaIndex
* Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI-assisted text analysis
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
