Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Identity & IAM Architect with strong Banking/Financial Services experience to design and implement secure Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions enhanced with AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will lead IAM architecture, identity governance, privileged access management, and AI-driven identity security initiatives for enterprise banking platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise IAM architecture for banking applications.
• Build and manage Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), SSO, MFA, and Identity Lifecycle Management solutions.
• Integrate IAM platforms with cloud, on-premises, and banking applications.
• Implement AI-driven identity analytics, risk-based authentication, anomaly detection, and fraud prevention.
• Define Zero Trust security architecture and identity security best practices.
• Collaborate with security, cloud, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver secure identity solutions.
• Ensure compliance with banking security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical leadership for IAM modernization and AI security initiatives.
