Job Description

We are looking for an experienced UiPath Lead / Architect to design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with UiPath architecture, automation development, solution design, and leading RPA initiatives across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-grade RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Design scalable, secure, and reusable automation frameworks using UiPath.
• Develop and review UiPath workflows, components, and automation solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to UiPath developers and RPA teams.
• Design and implement UiPath Orchestrator architecture, including robots, queues, assets, folders, and environments.
• Define RPA development standards, coding guidelines, reusable components, and best practices.
• Integrate UiPath solutions with APIs, databases, web applications, ERP systems, and other enterprise applications.
• Work with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and provide technical support.
• Ensure automation solutions meet enterprise security, scalability, performance, and compliance requirements.
• Lead deployments across development, QA, UAT, and production environments.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, security, and DevOps teams for RPA platform implementation and support.
• Mentor and guide UiPath developers and contribute to technical strategy and roadmap.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in RPA/automation, with strong hands-on experience in UiPath.
• Strong experience as a UiPath Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or RPA Architect.
• Expertise in UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, Robots, Queues, Assets, and REFramework.
• Strong understanding of RPA architecture, design patterns, and automation best practices.
• Experience with API integration, REST/SOAP services, SQL databases, and enterprise applications.
• Strong experience with exception handling, logging, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Experience with source control tools such as Git/Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices for RPA deployments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience leading technical teams and working directly with business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• UiPath Certified Advanced Developer or UiPath Solution Architect certification.
• Experience with Document Understanding, AI Center, Apps, Action Center, and Insights.
• Experience integrating UiPath with SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft technologies, or other enterprise platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Experience with Power Automate or other RPA platforms is a plus.
