We are sending candidates that are too heavy in ITSM, Service now, IAM

They wants to see more broad infrastructure experience. Like networking projects, Security projects, server and storage projects, cloud migration projects, azure cloud implementations

Experience writing test scripts as this will provide some QA support (as a BSA)

Any AI experience is a nice to have

Helpdesk knowledge is good to have too. They are doing a helpdesk integration to be the frontend to Sail point for requesting access, creating new hire profiles, etc.

Someone that can work independently

Someone proactive

Writing business requirements and technology requirements, ensuring are written appropriately

Write Test plans and requirements. Provide some QA support

Sailpoint experience is a plus

Avanti experience is a plus
