Employee Relations Team Lead

CSL is seeking an Employee Relations Team Lead to guide complex employee relations across our global biotechnology operations. In this role, you will oversee investigations, advise leaders on policy and compliance, and resolve sensitive workplace issues while promoting CSL's patient-focused, inclusive culture. You will coach HR partners and managers, ensure consistent application of policies, and mitigate risk through sound, data-informed decisions. Partnering with Legal and Compliance, you'll develop best practices, support organizational change, and drive continuous improvement in employee experience and workplace integrity worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct complex employee relations investigations and case management
• Advise managers and HR business partners on policies, performance management, and corrective action
• Ensure consistent and compliant application of employment laws, regulations, and CSL policies
• Partner with Legal and Compliance on risk mitigation and sensitive employee matters
• Analyze ER trends and metrics to recommend proactive solutions and process improvements
• Develop and maintain employee relations guidelines, toolkits, and training for leaders
• Coach and mentor HR team members on best practices in employee relations
• Support change management and culture initiatives aligned with CSL values
• Prepare documentation and reporting for internal stakeholders and audits
• Promote a fair, inclusive, and respectful workplace environment across locations
