Cloud Performance Engineer

Responsible for optimizing performance and right-sizing capacity across PostgreSQL and Azure database platforms through data-driven analysis and proactive risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze workloads and recommend Optimal / Descale / Upscale actions

Tune PostgreSQL and Azure database performance

Lead post-mortem analysis and continuous improvement efforts

Build reporting models with clear, actionable insights and statistical thresholds

Qualifications

Strong PostgreSQL and Azure database experience

Expertise in performance tuning, monitoring, and capacity planning

Analytical, data-driven mindset with problem-solving skills

Experience with automation and Capacity management practices (preferred)
