Job Description Hoplite Solutions is seeking a motivated Target Analyst Reporters of all levels to prepare synthesized product for customers by researching, analyzing, and reporting intelligence via appropriate reporting vehicles, in response to mission requirements. Prioritize, assess, evaluate and report information obtained from various sources for use or decision by Government personnel. Maintain awareness of internal and external customer needs. Collaborate with collectors and analysts to refine collection and reporting requirements.
Share target-related information and provide feedback to customers as appropriate. Issue appropriate products which relay developments, trends, indications warnings and/or situational awareness regarding specific targets, as well as countermeasures and courses of actions, if applicable. Help develop databases or working aids on target activity to build target knowledge and improve collection. Perform pre-release quality control functions. Target Analyst Reporter shall possess the following capabilities:
- Ability to research, analyze and report intelligence.
- Experience with SIGINT reporting and collection.
- Knowledge of agency specific tools and methodologies.
- Strong critical thinking and collaboration skills. *** ALL CURRENT OPENINGS ARE IN MARYLAND AND UTAH Required Skills Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in an area directly related to the mission (e.g. collection, cyber and intelligence analysis) and/or a similar mission in the DoD, and/or drafting/editing intelligence reports.
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph Level 1
- 2 years' applicable experience with a bachelor's degree, OR
- 4 years' applicable experience with an associate degree, OR
- 6 years' applicable experience without a degree Level 2
- 2 years' applicable experience with a PhD, OR
- 3 years' applicable experience with a master's degree, OR
- 5 years' applicable experience with a bachelor's degree, OR
- 7 years' applicable experience with an associate degree, OR
- 9 years' applicable experience without a degree Level 3
- 4 years' applicable experience with a PhD, OR
- 6 years' applicable experience with a master's degree, OR
- 8 years' applicable experience with a bachelor's degree, OR
- 10 years' applicable experience with an associate degree, OR
- 12 years' applicable experience without a degree
