Salesforce & App Support Lead - Hybrid, Mentoring

Thinktank seeks an Application Support Lead to guide a team responsible for the stability and performance of critical applications, including Salesforce. You will manage incidents, drive service improvements and mentor analysts, collaborating with Technology, Credit, Sales and external partners.

Reporting to the Application Support Manager, you will balance hands-on problem solving with leadership, ensuring SLAs are met and work is aligned with Thinktank's strategic technology goals.
