The Role • Provide essential accounting and clerical support to the accounting department for efficient financial operations. • Maintain accurate records and files, including accounts payable, accounts receivable documentation, and general filings. • Perform diverse accounts payable duties such as matching invoices, processing credit memos, and updating systems. • Handle various accounts receivable tasks and perform basic audit functions for proper account posting. • Prepare correspondence to address inquiries and resolve financial discrepancies. • Create and manage customer and vendor files, ensuring information accuracy. What You'll Need • Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience, with a focus on accounts receivable and billing. • High school diploma or GED equivalent. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Experience in HVAC is a plus, though not mandatory. • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
