The Role

• Installation, configuration, and administration of hardware and software environments
• Collaboration with external service providers
• Maintenance of documentation and optimization of processes
• Coordination of internal projects related to IT infrastructure
• Performance of updates and backups
• Troubleshooting and problem resolution for deployed IT systems

What You'll Need

• Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the entire network environment (switching, routing, proxy, firewall, LDAP) and connecting external locations (WAN, VPN, MPLS, VoIP)
• Ideally, knowledge of working with one or more services: Exchange, SQL Server, virtualization with VMware, Citrix, VoIP phone systems, among others
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Strong customer and service orientation, as well as analytical thinking skills
• Systematic, independent, and self-reliant work approach
