Job description

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join a financial services company in Sydney.
You'll be driving technology that directly supports Financial Advisers, Paraplanners, Compliance and Operations teams, helping to improve the way advice is delivered, managed and recorded throughout the advice lifecycle.
You ll work closely with Business Analysts, technical leaders, testers and an external System Integration Partner, contributing to both new development and continuous improvement of the CRM environment.
What you'll be doing;
  • Develop, configure and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Participate in the full development lifecycle, from technical design through to deployment.
  • Build and maintain custom tables/entities, forms, views and dashboards.
  • Develop business rules, workflows and Power Automate flows.
  • Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 plug-ins and workflow activities.
  • Develop JavaScript form logic and custom CRM functionality.
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations with third-party systems.
  • Work with Workato iPaaS to support system integrations and automation.
  • Contribute to technical design standards and development best practice.
  • Support deployments across environments in line with established ALM practices.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective CRM solutions.
  • Help improve CRM usability, data quality and productivity for Financial Advisers.
What we're looking for You ll be a hands-on Dynamics 365 developer with a strong development background and experience working across complex CRM environments.
You'll bring:
  • 5+ years of recent hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 development experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Online.
  • Demonstrated experience developing D365 plug-ins and workflow activities.
  • Strong JavaScript experience, particularly form scripting.
  • Experience with C#/.NET for plug-ins and custom CRM logic.
  • Experience developing RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Web API or ASP.NET Core.
  • Experience with Power Apps and ideally Azure Functions.
  • Experience with source control platforms such as GitHub Enterprise.
  • Experience working with Jira within an iterative development environment.
  • Understanding of Dynamics 365 environment management and deployment.
  • Experience developing or supporting API integrations and automation solutions.
  • Workato experience would be highly advantageous.
