Chefarzt (m/w/d) Reha/International Medical Center (IMC) | Mühldorf am Inn, Germany | On-site We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Head Physician to lead our Rehabilitation and International Medical Center. This is a crucial role within a leading national hospital renowned for its specialized pediatric medicine, treating and rehabilitating children with neurological and orthopedic conditions. As a teaching hospital affiliated with LMU Munich and PMU Salzburg, we are committed to excellence in patient care and medical advancement. The Role • Assume full medical responsibility for patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up, ensuring adherence to international medical standards. • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing medical team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. • Collaborate closely with all departments within the center, participating in interdisciplinary meetings to coordinate patient care and treatment strategies. • Oversee the professional guidance and training of resident physicians and medical staff, promoting continuous professional development. • Manage departmental resources efficiently and actively participate in budget planning and monitoring. • Contribute to the strategic development of the center, identifying market needs and working closely with hospital management. What You'll Need • Board certification in Physical and Rehabilitative Medicine (PRM) or Internal Medicine with a specialization in Social Medicine. • For Internal Medicine specialists, a comprehensive understanding of internistic diagnostics and ability to provide consultative support to surgical departments and intensive care units. • Proven leadership experience with the ability to guide and motivate staff effectively. • Excellent German and English language skills, with proficiency in MS Office applications. • A collaborative spirit with a commitment to open communication and a respectful work environment. • A proactive approach to representing the clinic both internally and externally.
