Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced AI Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership for AI/ML initiatives, collaborate with business stakeholders, and guide development teams in building scalable, secure, and production-ready AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadthe design and implementation of AI and Machine Learning solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify AIuse cases and opportunities.
• Develop and deploy Generative AI, Machine Learning, and data-driven applications.
• Define AIarchitecture, best practices, and technical standards.
• Guide and mentor AIengineers, data scientists, and developers.
• Work with cloud platforms and MLOps tools to support AImodel deployment and monitoring.
• Ensure AIsolutions meet security, compliance, and governance requirements.
• Evaluate emerging AItechnologies and recommend adoption strategies.
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
